The Monkey Trailer

“We have been chosen to witness its power over life and death.” Whoa!! Neon has debuted the brutal full trailer for The Monkey, the next Oz Perkins horror film arriving next month in theaters. Looks like it’ll be worth a watch! After Longlegs last year, get ready for more insanely scary horror from Perkins! Based on the super freaky clapping monkey toy as well as Stephen King’s short story of the same name. “Everybody dies.” Produced by James Wan, written & directed Perkins, The Monkey is a story about two brothers. The siblings decide to throw the monkey toy away after it starts killing, and try to move on with their lives, growing apart over the years… But the monkey is back – and it’s pissed off. Starring Theo James as both bothers Bill & Hall, with Tatiana Maslany, Elijah Wood, Christian Convery, Colin O’Brien, Rohan Campbell, and Sarah Levy. This is such a crazy trailer! Extremely violent and bloody – and it looks like a twisted new take on Final Destination with creative kills galore. Hell yes, Perkins, keep bringing us mad genius horror.
