Wheelchair-bound tennis legend Anna Kournikova is seemingly recovering from a leg injury.
The Russian model, 43, was photographed for the first time in a year while wearing an orthopedic boot on her right leg and being wheeled through Miami’s Bal Harbour Shops by a friend.
In photos obtained by The Post, Kournikova appeared in good spirits while shopping with the two daughters she shares with long-term partner Enrique Iglesias — Lucy, 7, and Mary, 4 — and some pals.
Although it’s unclear how or when she got injured, Kournikova kept things casual with a black sweatsuit which she paired with minimal jewelry and black sunglasses.
She also kept her blond tresses away from her face by putting them into a slicked-back bun.
Her daughters — who she has kept out of the public eye for the last three years — wore matching white tops with jeans and pink Uggs boots.
They were also carrying a bouquet of pink and red flowers, seemingly eager to celebrate an early Valentine’s Day.
Since retiring from tennis in 2003 due to back injuries, the television personality has kept a pretty low profile.
Kournikova and Iglesias — who began dating in 2001 after she appeared in his “Escape” music video — were last photographed together celebrating his birthday in May 2022.
Taking to social media, Kournikova shared a photo of the singer and their three children playing in their backyard.
In the snap, the former tennis player held their twins, Lucy and Nicholas, on her lap while watching Igleasis hold their youngest daughter, Mary, on his shoulders.
At the time, the Spanish songwriter leaned to kiss Lucy on the lips.
“Happy Birthday to the most amazing Dad! We super love you!!! ❤️ ,” Kournikova captioned the sweet family snap.
The couple secretly welcomed their twins in December 2017 before welcoming Mary in February 2020.
However, Kournikova was last seen in 2023 when she attended her partner’s “The Trilogy” concert in Los Angeles.
Despite their private life, Iglesias spoke to People in October 2023 about how they “grew up” together after meeting on the set of his 2001 music video.
“When we met — although she came from the sports world — in a way, we kind of got each other. She knew what my world was like. I kind of knew what her world was like. So that understanding helped a lot,” the “Tonight” singer, 49, said.
“We just started connecting little by little and got stronger and stronger and stronger.”
As for their long-term partnership, he told the outlet, “You learn as you go. You have your good times, your bad times, and if you can get through the bad times, you’ll get to the really good times.
“A lot of people say, ‘Oh, well, I know this is the person I’m going to spend the rest of my life with.’ I do kind of agree with that, but at the same time, you really never know where life is going to take you and what can happen.”
Despite being together for the last 24 years, Iglesias and Kournikova have never tied the knot. However, she uses his last name on her social media pages.
