NEW YORK (PIX11) — New York City’s alternate side parking rules will be suspended briefly next week.
New Yorkers will not have to move their cars for cleaning on Monday in observance of the Immaculate Conception.
Drivers are reminded that parking within 15 feet of a fire hydrant is illegal, and painted curbs at hydrant locations do not indicate parking spaces.
Tickets will be handed out for cars that do not comply. Parking meters remain in effect citywide.
