Time now for what to watch Thursday, December 4th. Starting off on the earnings front, we're getting a big batch of reports on Thursday from the retail sector including Kroger, Dollar General and Ulta Beauty.

Kroger announcing results for the third quarter in the morning. Analyst expecting Kroger to take a big accounting hit in Q3, about 2.6 billion because it's shutting down three of its automated fulfillment centers.
